Yard Play

We are so in love with our new home and all the exciting things that come with it.  One of the best things about our home is the yard. 

 We have a tiny fenced in back yard.  Which the kids always have to escape from.

 We also have a nice big side and front yard.  We go out and play several times a day. They especially love the sand bar to the side of our yard.  I cannot keep Emery away from it.  Eloise likes to play what looks like hop scotch in the drive way.  She doesn't have the squares but throws a rock and goes to jumping and skipping up and down the drive way.  Picking up the rock on the way back.  While she does this Emery usually makes his way to the sand bar.

They do have shovels and pails but most of the time prefer to dig with their hands.

They also like to watch the ants.  Eloise is scared of all the insects we find around the yard.  If anything flies near her she screams "Ahhh bee!"  Emery loves them.  He is always trying to pick them up or touch them.  Such a boy!
