Ezra - 9 months

Our little guy is 9 months old!  He thinks he is so much bigger than his age and little body.  Here's what he's been up to this month.

Stats:

Weight: 18lbs 2oz - 12%

Length: 27.3in - 49%

Head: 44.5cm - 53%

On June 5, 2015 Ezra took his first two steps. He is getting more confident walking everyday. Instead of going straight to a crawl he'll take a few steps first. 10 is the most steps I've counted him take at one time. 

He cannot stay still. Eloise and I call him our wiggly worm. Getting pictures of him this month was not easy. Clothes and diaper changes are a bit frustrating too. 

Ezra loves to climb. We cannot keep him away from the stairs. It's hard to find a baby gate to fit the railing and what I've rigged he's been able to get over. He gets those toes in the little holes of the baby gates and climb enough to flip over it. Sometimes he gets scared and screams for someone to save him. It's kinda funny seeing him clinging to the middle of the gate. 

He started saying mom this month. He only says it when he's chasing after me whining. 

Ezra still has not slept through the night. 

He loves to eat. He demands any food or drink he sees us with. He grunts and squeals his loudest squeal till he gets some too.  He particularly likes strawberries, grits and eggs and chocolate milk. 

He also still loves to nurse. He has started pinching my neck when he nurses. 

He's still the sweetest baby. He smiles and waves his huge wave at everyone he meets. 

Ezra loves his older siblings. When they laugh he laughs, where they go he wants to follow.

He loves the water. Bath time is his favorite time of the day and he loves the pool. He went to the beach for the first time this month. He loved jumping over the waves and eating the sand. 

Ezra has 3 new teeth. The now has 4 on top and 3 on the bottom. 

He still doesn't have much hair on that head.  It is slowly getting thicker.

We love this sweet boy so very much.
